Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 400 g raspberries
- 50 g hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- raspberries (for garnish)

Wash the peaches, halve them, pit them and place in a baking dish. Brush the cut surfaces with liquid honey and bake under the preheated grill for about 8 minutes.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add lemon juice and gradually add 80 g powdered sugar, beating again to stiffness. Spread over the peaches, sprinkle nuts on top and bake for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

Puree the raspberries and strain through a sieve. Stir in remaining powdered sugar. Spoon raspberry sauce onto plates, place the peaches on top, garnish with raspberries and serve.
