Ingredients
- 4 apples (e.g., Boskop)
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 40 g raisins
- 1 stalk tarragon
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- butter for glasses
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp vanilla syrup

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Place a high baking sheet with about 2 finger‑wide water in the oven.

Wash the apples, cut off a lid from each and remove the core. Chop the hazelnuts with the raisins and torn tarragon leaves, mix into the butter and honey. Fill the apples and place them in greased canning jars of suitable size. Drizzle with lemon juice and vanilla syrup, seal the jars. Place the jars in the water bath and bake for about 40 minutes.
