Ingredients

  • 8 very small apples
  • 120 g crisp muesli
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp raspberry jam
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter (for the molds)

Instructions

    Wash apples and use a core remover to remove the cores. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease eight small ramekins. Place one apple in each ramekin and fill with crisp muesli. Separate egg whites from yolks; whisk yolks with sugar, quark, and sour cream.

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture, then spoon the filling over the apples. Bake for 30-40 minutes. For serving, drizzle a little raspberry jam over the muesli filling and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
