Ingredients
- 500 g small bananas (4 small bananas)
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp honey (10 g)
- 1 tbsp linseed oil (10 g)
Instructions

Do not peel the bananas, wash them, pat dry and place on the oven rack. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) until the skin turns evenly black.

Meanwhile whisk the quark with milk, honey and linseed oil until smooth. Arrange the hot bananas on four plates, slit them lengthwise in the middle, press the skins outward and fill with quark cream.
