- 4 unripened bananas (medium; as straight as possible)
- 120 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Honey

Do not peel the bananas, wash them, pat dry, and place on a rack in the oven. Bake at 220 °C until they are almost black all around, then remove from the oven. Switch the oven to grill mode at 250–270 °C.

While the bananas bake, whisk the cream cheese with butter and honey until smooth. Arrange the hot bananas on oven‑proof plates, cut off the ends, and slice lengthwise down the middle. Spread the cream cheese into the slit and briefly broil in the oven before serving immediately.
