Ingredients
- 2 baguette rolls
- 1 rump steak (~250 g)
- 1 tsp clarified butter
- 1 tomato
- arugula
- mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Sear the steak in hot clarified butter for about 3-4 minutes per side, season with salt and pepper, then let it cool. Slice the steak into thin strips.

Split the baguette rolls open, spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, top with arugula, arrange the sliced steak over it, add tomato slices lightly salted and peppered, and place the upper halves back on. Wrap firmly in butter paper.
