Ingredients

  • 50 g starchy potatoes
  • 100 g vegetables (broccoli, zucchini and fennel)
  • 20 g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Wash and clean the potatoes, vegetables and salad, or peel and cut into pieces; tear the salad into smaller bits. Cook the vegetables covered with a little water for about 15 minutes until soft.

    Add the salad at the end and blend with an immersion blender. Add the juice and oil and blend briefly again.
