Baby Pizza with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 20 g yeast
- 90 ml lukewarm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 150 g tomatoes (canned, seedless)
- 350 g small broccoli florets (blanched)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g pizza cheese (shredded)
- flour (for dusting)

Sift flour into a bowl, press a well in the center. Crumble yeast into a little water, pour into the well, sprinkle with flour and cover for about 20 minutes. Add remaining water with salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise another ~30 minutes in a warm spot.

Knead dough again, divide into 6-8 pieces. On floured surface roll each into small pizzas and place on baking sheets lined with parchment. Spread sour cream, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle garlic. Top with tomato chunks and broccoli florets, then scatter shredded cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (fan) for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
