Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkish yogurt
  • 250 ml cold water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 0.5 bunch mint

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth, then gradually stir in the water until a light froth forms.

    Wash and dry the mint, shake off excess moisture, roughly chop, and fold into the mixture. Season the Ayran with salt and lemon juice, then serve in glasses.
