- 1 pineapple
- 1 bulb fennel
- 6 ice cubes

Peel the pineapple, set aside two small slices for garnish. Quarter the rest, remove the tough core, and roughly cube the flesh. Wash and trim the fennel, reserve the fronds, quarter it, cut out the core, and roughly cube the stalks.

Add the pineapple and fennel to a juicer. Then blend the juice with ice cubes in a blender until frothy. Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice and fennel fronds.
