Ingredients
- 3 black peppercorns
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 cardamom pods
- 3 Cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp black tea leaves
- 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- cinnamon powder
- honey
Instructions

Bring peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves and star anise to a boil in 600 ml water, then simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes.

Add the tea leaves and steep for 3 minutes.

Strain the mixture into two glasses.

Heat the milk, froth it, and pour it over the tea in the glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweeten with honey to taste.
