Avocado Peanut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150 g small avocado (1 small avocado)
  • 4 stalks cilantro (or parsley)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 20 g roasted salted peanuts (2 tbsp)
  • 125 ml kefir
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 75 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • paprika powder

Instructions

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the skin.

    Wash the cilantro, pat it dry and pluck the leaves.

  3. 3.

    Blend the avocado flesh with lime juice, peanuts, kefir, a pinch of cayenne pepper and half the cilantro until smooth.

    Add milk and season with salt. Pour into two glasses, sprinkle paprika powder on top and garnish with remaining cilantro leaves.
