Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie with Cucumber

The Strawberry-Kiwi-Cucumber smoothie from Spoonsparrow quickly boosts metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 6 golden kiwis
  • 0.5 cucumber

Instructions

    Peel the banana and slice it. Wash the strawberries, set aside 4, wash the remaining berries and chop them small. Quarter one kiwi and reserve for garnish; peel and chop the rest of the kiwis. Peel and wash the cucumber, cut 4 long thin slices from it and set aside; chop the remainder small.

    Add banana slices, kiwi pieces, strawberry bits, and cucumber chunks to a stand mixer and blend with 200 ml water into a fine smoothie.

    Pour the Strawberry-Kiwi-Cucumber smoothie into 4 glasses or bottles. Thread quartered kiwis, strawberries, and cucumber slices onto four wooden skewers and use them to garnish the smoothie.
