Ingredients

  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 ml vegetable broth (well chilled)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • whipped cream
  • dill sprigs

Instructions

    Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and blend with vegetable broth, milk, horseradish, and crème fraîche until frothy. Season with lemon juice and salt, then pour into glasses.

    Serve garnished with whipped cream and dill sprigs.
