Ingredients
- 2 stalks dill
- 2 stalks Parsley
- spring onions
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp Honey
- a splash lime juice
- 4 ice cubes
- 300 ml chilled kefir
- Salt
- a pinch wasabi powder
Instructions

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, strip leaves and roughly chop them, leaving a few dill tips for garnish.

Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit and cut into chunks. Blend with the herbs, honey, lime juice, ice cubes, and kefir until smooth.

Season the smoothie with salt and wasabi, pour into glasses, and serve garnished with dill tips.
