The Spoonsparrow recipe for avocado dip is quick to prepare and pairs wonderfully with bread, vegetables or meat.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 125 g yogurt
- 125 g sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Cayenne pepper

Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the garlic.

Squeeze through a press and blend with the avocado flesh and yogurt. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and freshly ground pepper.
