Fast carrot mix: a fatburner made from carrots to sip in between meals. Orange delivers fruity aroma and vitamin C, which promotes fat burning.

Ingredients

  • 125 g organic orange
  • 100 ml beetroot juice
  • 50 ml carrot juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Rinse the orange hot, dry it with a kitchen paper towel, and peel the skin thinly with a paring knife.

    Cut the orange zest into very fine strips with a small knife.

  3. 3.

    Halve the peeled orange and squeeze out the juice.

  4. 4.

    Pour the orange juice with beetroot and carrot juices into a tall vessel and blend with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and garnish with orange strips.
