Avocado Cream with Tomato

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 avocados (variety)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and finely dice it or press it through a garlic press. Wash the tomato, quarter it, remove seeds, and cut into small cubes. Halve the avocados, remove pits, and mash the flesh with a fork until smooth. Add the tomatoes and garlic, then stir in lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco; season with salt.
