  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • white pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 20 grissini sticks

    Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Crumble the cheese, add the cream, and mash with a fork to a medium-fine consistency; fold in the shallot. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Mash the avocado with a fork and mix into the cheese blend. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Portion into small cups or jars and serve each with five grissini sticks.
