The avocado cream with garlic from Spoonsparrow is easy to prepare and tastes great as a dip or spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, press the flesh out of the skins and roughly dice. Peel the garlic and blend it with the avocado and olive oil until smooth.

    Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper; spoon into small bowls and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
