Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • a pinch of chili powder

Instructions

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits and blend the flesh with the crème fraîche until smooth.

    Season with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and chili powder to taste.

    Serve with vegetable sticks or your choice of accompaniment.
