- 3 tbsp Pecorino cheese (freshly grated)
- 5 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 50 g hazelnuts (finely chopped)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- black pepper (ground fresh)
