Ingredients

  • 250 g low‑fat quark
  • 70 g plain flour
  • 40 g semolina
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 apricots (marille)
  • 30 g (6 pieces) ladyfingers

Instructions

    Mix the quark, flour, and semolina into a smooth dough, season with salt, and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Divide the dough into six portions, fill each with whole, seedless apricots, and simmer in gently boiling water until the dumplings float to the surface.

    Finely crumble the ladyfingers and toast them dry in a greased pan. Toss the dumplings in the toasted crumbs.
