Ingredients
- 1 kg apricots
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
- 1 kg preserve sugar (1:1)
- 300 g peeled whole almond kernels

Cook the apricots until soft, cool them, peel, halve, pit and cut the fruit flesh into small cubes; mix with lemon juice and sugar, pour into a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the almonds, fill prepared jars with the preserve, seal tightly, place the jars upside down for 10 minutes, flip them over and let the preserve cool completely.
