Ingredients
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 700 g apricots
- 3 kiwis (about 300 g)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 500 g gelesugar (2:1)

Wash the mint, pat dry and cut the leaves into fine strips. Wash the apricots, halve them and remove the pits. Cut the apricots into pieces. Peel the kiwis, quarter them lengthwise and slice.

Mix the apricots with lemon juice and gelesugar in a large pot. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes so some juice forms. Then bring to a boil over high heat while stirring, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until sparkling. Finally add the kiwis and mint.
