Apple Skewers in Almond Caramel

Ingredients
- 10 g almonds (1 tbsp)
- 0.5 lemon
- 150 g apples (1 apple)
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
- 25 g liquid honey (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Chop the almonds with a large knife.

Squeeze half a lemon to extract juice.

Wash, dry, halve the apple and remove the core with a small knife. Cut each apple half into 3 thick slices.

Immediately drizzle with lemon juice and skewer onto two long wooden skewers.

Roast the almonds in a non-stick pan. Add butter and honey, let caramelize, then stir in 2 tbsp water.

Add the apple skewers to the pan and fry for about 1½ minutes on each side. Place skewers on a plate, pour almond caramel over them, and serve.
