Ingredients
- 1 kg tart apples
- 1 kg gelatin sugar (1:1)
- 50 g Raisins
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- apple juice (100 % fruit juice)

Peel, halve, core the apples and cut into small cubes. Soak the raisins in warm water and drain well.

Weigh together apple cubes and raisins. Add enough apple juice to reach 1 kg total weight. Transfer to a large pot, stir in lemon juice and gelatin sugar, add cinnamon sticks, then let steep for about 2 hours.

Bring everything to a boil. Boil vigorously for 4 minutes, then fill prepared jars. Perform a setting test beforehand. Seal the jars well, place them upside down for 10 minutes, then turn upright and allow to cool completely.
