Ingredients

  • 500 g lingonberries
  • 600 g pears
  • 500 g gelesugar (2:1)
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon stick

    Wash and rinse the lingonberries. Quarter, pit, and peel the pears. Cut into small pieces, mix with lingonberries, gelesugar, citric acid, cardamom pods, and cinnamon in a pot, and let steep overnight.

    Wash and rinse the lingonberries. Add to the pears and simmer while stirring. Boil for 4 minutes until sparkling, then pour hot into clean jars. Seal well.
