Ingredients

  • 1 kg apples
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

    Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the core. Slice one apple into wedges, then thinly slice it.

  2. 2.

    Squeeze juice from the remaining apple pieces. Mix the lemon juice with the apple juice.

  3. 3.

    Fill ice molds with the mixture. Add the sliced apple pieces and freeze the apple ice for about 1 hour.

  4. 4.

    Insert a wooden stick into each mold and continue freezing for approximately 3 more hours.
