Ingredients

  • 100 g Ebly
  • Salt
  • 2 Apples
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 6 figs (ripe)
  • 400 g creamy yogurt
  • 4 physalis

Instructions

    Add the apple juice to a pot, stir in the starch and heat. Peel, core, and finely dice the apples; add them to the hot juice, bring to a boil once, then let cool. Cook Ebly in plenty of water with a pinch of salt until tender, drain, rinse, and allow to cool. Wash the figs well, cut into six pieces, set aside 12 sections for garnish.

    Layer alternating apples, Ebly, figs, and yogurt until the glasses are well filled, finishing with yogurt. Serve garnished with figs and gooseberries.
