Ingredients

  • 6 balls lemon sorbet
  • 80 ml vodka
  • 50 ml milk
  • 400 ml Prosecco
  • crushed ice
  • mint
  • 4 half lemon slices

Instructions

    Blend the sorbet with vodka and milk until smooth. Stir in the prosecco.

    Fill each glass about one third with crushed ice and pour the Sgroppino over it.

    Serve garnished with mint and lemon slices.
