Ingredients
- 10 g ginger
- 1 handful (Nana) mint (or peppermint substitute)
- 300 g carrots
- 350 ml carrot juice
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 300 ml buttermilk
- Salt
- 1 pinch ground coriander

Peel the ginger and cut into large cubes. Rinse the mint, shake dry, set aside a few leaves for garnish, chop the rest roughly. Peel the carrots; from one carrot cut about eight nice sticks, dice the remaining carrots small. Blend the ginger, carrots, carrot juice, orange juice, and buttermilk until smooth. If desired, add some cold water to reach the preferred consistency. Season with salt and coriander, then fold in the chopped mint.

Pour into glasses and serve garnished with carrot sticks and mint.
