Ingredients
- 75 g flour
- 40 g ground almonds (peeled)
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 40 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 40 g Butter
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 Apples
- 250 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine the flour with the almonds, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Cut the butter into pieces, add it and work it into crumbs with your fingers. Quickly fold in the cream until a slightly sticky dough forms.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut the quarters into strips. Rinse the raspberries and mix them with the apple strips, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Fill four portion-sized baking dishes. Spoon pieces of the dough over the fruit mixture. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
