Ingredients
- 4 chicory heads
- 4 chives stalks
- 4 thick slices of Comté cheese
- 3 apples
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper

Wash the chicory, halve it and cut off the stem ends. Slice the remaining chicory into thin strips. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine ribbons.

Poke star shapes into the cheese. Wash the apples, halve them, core them and slice into thin wedges. Arrange the chicory strips in raclette pans, place the apple wedges on top, season with salt and pepper, and add the cheese stars. Bake in a preheated raclette grill for about 8 minutes.
