The Antipasti of Spoonsparrow is always a good idea as a classic starter for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Bell peppers (2 small red and yellow each)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 100 ml veal stock (from the jar)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 150 g Parma ham
  • 10 green olives
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 slices whole grain bread

Instructions

    Wash, clean, halve, seed peppers, remove white membranes and cut into about 2 cm strips. Peel garlic and slice thin.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry pepper strips until soft and colored. Remove. Fry garlic slices in the cooking oil. Stir in pepper strips and deglaze with veal stock and balsamic vinegar. Simmer slightly, season with salt and pepper. Let cool a bit.

    Arrange warm vegetables with Parma ham, olives and feta on a plate and serve with whole grain bread.
