- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 300 g smoked salmon (slices)
- 1 Shallot
- 1 green apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper

Roast the pumpkin seeds briefly, remove from heat, let cool and roughly chop.

Dice the salmon very finely. Peel and dice the shallot very finely as well. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into very small cubes. Combine with salmon, pumpkin seeds, capers, lemon juice, and grape seed oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve as an appetizer.
