- 1 Garlic clove
- 120 ml canned pizza sauce
- 120 g shredded mozzarella (or cubed)
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 2 cherry tomatoes

Instructions
-
1.
Preheat the oven to 250°C fan. Lightly oil a deep pizza baking tray.
-
2.
Roll out the yeast dough on a floured surface and place it in the prepared pan, forming a small rim and pricking the base several times with a fork. Brush with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

3.
For the topping, remove the sausage meat from its casing and brown it briefly in 1-2 tbsp hot oil in a skillet. Break the meat into small balls. Peel and halve the onion, slicing it into strips. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell pepper into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add all to the meat and sauté for a few minutes until the sausage is golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

Take out of the pan and serve garnished with basil.
