Almond Smoothie

Almond smoothie: a lucky find for the line, the almond smoothie, because it consumes 1/4 of protein to make you full and then reuses it to be useful.
Ingredients
- 0.5 organic orange
- 20 g chopped almonds (1 heaped tbsp)
- 125 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 100 ml yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tsp almond syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Wash half an orange hot and dry it; then cut one slice and set aside. Squeeze the remaining orange and put 1 tbsp of juice on a small plate.

Put about ½ tbsp of almonds also on a small plate, finely chop them if needed. Dip the rim of a glass first into the orange juice, then into the chopped almonds and set aside.

Add the remaining orange juice and almonds with soy drink, yogurt and optional almond syrup to a stand mixer and blend briefly. Pour over ice cubes in the prepared glass and garnish with the orange slice.
