The Almond Milk Rice Pudding from Spoonsparrow is always a great idea for breakfast or a sweet dinner!
Ingredients
- 700 ml almond drink (almond milk)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 0.5 lemon
- 250 g rice pudding grains
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 30 g sliced almonds
- Ground Cinnamon

Bring the almond milk to a boil. Add the cinnamon stick. Wash the lemon hot and thinly slice its peel. Add the peel, rice, rice syrup, and vanilla powder to the drink. Simmer on low heat for about 35–40 minutes until it thickens, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot or let cool as desired. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and dust with cinnamon.
