Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 Banana
- 250 g lactose‑free low‑fat quark
- 2 tbsp lactose‑free milk (3.5% fat)
Instructions

Grate the dark chocolate finely. Set aside about 1 tbsp of the shavings.

Peel the banana and dice the fruit flesh finely. Reserve 1–2 tbsp for garnish.

Whisk the quark with the milk until smooth. Fold in the chocolate shavings and banana cubes.

Divide the chocolate quark into two bowls and garnish with the remaining chocolate shavings and banana cubes.
