Quark dessert with berries from Spoonsparrow is especially tasty for breakfast again and again.
Ingredients
- 1 Kiwi
- 150 g small strawberries
- 150 g raspberries
- 100 g Blackberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 360 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 500 g low‑fat quark
- 1 tbsp honey

Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds. Wash the berries and let them drain; clean the strawberries.

For the fruit sauce, puree 50 g strawberries, 50 g raspberries, and 2 tbsp water, then strain through a sieve.

Whisk together yogurt, quark, and honey, then divide the mixture into four bowls. Garnish each bowl with the berry mix, sauce, and kiwi slices.
