- 1 chili pepper
- 500 g beef
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1.5 kg passata (canned)
- 175 g fufu flour
- 150 g potato starch
- 2 tbsp milk (3.5% fat) (optional)

1.
Peel the onion. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise, deseed and wash it. Dice both together. Slice or cube the beef and season with salt and pepper.

2.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the onion and chili cubes along with the beef and fry until golden brown over medium heat. Add the passata and bring to a boil briefly, then reduce to low heat and simmer.
