Acai Bowl with Fresh Berries

Start your day fruitfully with the Acai bowl topped with fresh berries from Spoonsparrow. By the way, the bowl is vegan.

Ingredients

  • 600 g fresh berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 tbsp Acai powder (40 g)
  • 600 g Soy yogurt alternative
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tsp coconut flakes (20 g)
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds (20 g)
  • 4 tbsp cacao nibs (40 g)
  • 6 tbsp dried goji berries (30-40 g)

Instructions

    Wash, dry, and drain the berries; set aside 100 g for topping. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, and blend with 500 g of berries, Acai powder, soy yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.

    Divide the cream among four bowls. Top each Acai bowl with the reserved berries, sprinkle coconut flakes, add a strip of hemp seed and cacao nibs decoratively, and garnish the rest with goji berries.
