Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 Stalks Mint
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 300 g melon flesh (e.g., Galia or Cantaloupe)
- 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey

Wash the cucumber, trim the ends and roughly dice it. Rinse the mint, pluck the leaves and add them with the cucumber pieces to a blender. Blend with 100 ml cold water until smooth. Add more cold water (about 200 ml) until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice for a piquant finish.

Cut the melon flesh into large chunks and blend with orange juice and ice cubes in a blender until fine. Incorporate a bit of cold water (around 150 ml) to reach the preferred consistency and serve sweetened with honey.
