Ingredients
- 100 g small firm tomatoes
- 2 dried tomatoes (in oil, optional)
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 1 tbsp peeled pistachio nuts
- 100 g Roquefort cheese
- 2 tbsp quark
- Pepper

Wash the tomatoes and dice them very finely. Drain the dried tomatoes and finely chop them as well. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and finely mince the leaves. Chop the pistachios too.

Crush the Roquefort with a fork until fine. Mix in the fresh and dried tomatoes, parsley, pistachios, and quark until a firm but spreadable mass forms. Season with pepper. No salt is needed as the cheese provides enough seasoning.
