Ingredients
- 4 young chickens (about 450 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 400 ml dry white wine
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp butter
- 500 g seedless grapes

Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan and top heat.

Wash the chickens, pat dry, season inside with salt and pepper, fill with herbs. Seal with toothpicks and brown in hot oil on all sides in a roasting pan. Deglaze with a little wine and roast in the oven for about 40 minutes, adding more wine as needed and spooning over the chicken occasionally. Melt butter and honey together and baste the chickens during the last 15 minutes.

Peel the grapes and add them to the pan during the final 10 minutes of cooking.

Remove the toothpicks and serve the chickens with grapes and a slightly seasoned sauce.
