Ingredients

  • 120 g rice
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 250 ml vegetable broth (from a can)
  • 4 cocktail shrimp
  • 120 g shrimp
  • 150 g garlic sausage
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds and membranes, wash, and slice into strips. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Halve the chili lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, and cut into thin strips.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté the bell pepper until softened, then remove from the pan. Heat the remaining oil, add onion and chili, sauté, mix in turmeric and washed rice, briefly sauté, deglaze with broth, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

    Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Slice the sausage into rounds. Drizzle shrimp and shrimp with lemon juice. Stir shrimp, shrimp, and sausage into the rice, cover and cook for another 5 minutes, serve with lemon wedges.
