Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberry yogurt
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 2 mandarins
  • 1 Banana
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 apple

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with honey and cream. Chop the walnuts, set aside some for garnish, fold the rest into the yogurt mixture. Peel the mandarins, cut into segments. Wash the apple, halve it, remove seeds, cut into segments and drizzle immediately with a little lemon juice. Peel the banana, slice diagonally, drizzle with lemon juice.

    Fill glasses with yogurt, garnish with walnut kernels and serve with fruit.
