Ingredients
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 3 stalks chervil
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 1 untreated lemon (zest and juice)
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions

Whisk the yogurt with the crème fraîche until creamy. Rinse the mint and chervil, shake dry, and finely chop the leaves. Combine with the chives and lemon zest, mix into the cream. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then divide into serving bowls.
