Ingredients

  • 3 feigs
  • 2 Nectarines
  • 200 g watermelon
  • 200 g cantaloupe melon
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 1 stalk mint
  • 1 EL honey
  • 3 EL orange juice
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 EL vanilla sugar

Instructions

    Wash the figs, remove the stem and cut each fruit into eighths or quarters depending on size. Wash the nectarines and separate the flesh from the stone. Cut the flesh into thin strips. Remove the skin from the melons, discard the seeds, and dice the flesh.

    Rinse the berries and pat dry as needed. Rinse the mint, shake dry, and pluck the leaves off the stems.

    Whisk honey and 2 EL orange juice in a bowl. Add the fruit and gently mix.

    Blend the yogurt with vanilla sugar and remaining orange juice until smooth and serve over the fruit salad.
